“Richard Gere was Here” – a collection of stories by Tristan Halilaj

“Richard Gere was here” is a collection of stories by Tristan Halilaj. These stories are written in English and translated n/into Serbian before being translated into Albanian, Halilaj’s mother tongue.

 

Tristan Halilaj was born in Shkodra, Albania, in 1992. He studied acting in North Macedonia; today he lives in Kosovo. He has acted in several movies and plays. He was a participant at the talent campuses for young filmmakers of the Berlin and Sarajevo Film Festivals.

 

The reading of the excerpts from the book “Richard Gere was here” will take place on Saturday, October 24, at 7.30 P.M. at the Centre for Cultural Decontamination (21 Birčaninova Street). This event will close the “Mirëdita, dobar dan!” Festival.
